Creative Wood UK uses 50% of total amount paid to purchase materials as we make prosecco walls and bespoke products this is none refundable if you was to change your mind.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. Returns and Refund Policy
Faulty items may be returned (if the fault was made by us).

when purchasing we automatically deduct 50% of the total cost of the purchase this covers cost or part cost of materials design the 50% taken from the total cost is none refundable if the customer cancelled the order.

Changing designs once the design has been agreed by the customer
and work has started on the product any changes to the design would incur a cost to replace materials used or additions to the design.

We don't offer a returns policy on bespoke items as they are unique to the customer and we have in the past struggled to sell them when returned.

Please note if you have arranged your own shipping we will send you full images of the products prior to them being collected by your courier these will be sent to you as proof of them being in perfect condition.
If any damage has been found on your product you will need to seek compensation from your delivery agent Creative Wood UK will not accept responsibility to seek compensation on your behalf but will send you the images of your product on request for you to use as evidence.

You the customer, remain responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us.
We aim to deal with all faults complaints as quickly as possible.

As soon as the item/items have arrived back, we will check the package and issue the refund as quickly as possible refunds are subject to our refunds and returns policy and can be subject to a 50% refund.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Warranties & Responsibility Services & Products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product or replacement part.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us this excludes bespoke or personalised products.
We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership Intellectual Property, Copyrights Logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of [Creative Wood UK].
