Conditions of Sale
When you are at the checkout stage and have selected ‘Checkout’, you have agreed to pay for the goods at the prices shown, we offer local delivery on all our products and can arrange shipping
for all our products we are unable to add these to our products as we are unable to calculate shipping for items until they are built measured and weight is checked to arrange shipping.
All delivery and packing charges are covered by you the customer a confirmation email or message will be sent to the you as recognition of your order with a shipping packaging estimate if possible once agreed materials will be ordered and work will begin on your purchase.

Once the design/material/build time/shipping/packing have been agreed only then will contract/transaction and order be considered.
This is unless we have informed you that we do not accept your order.
Use of Site
All personal information you submit to us is subject to our Security & Privacy Policy
Creative Wood UK website may only be used for your own personal use.
You must not use this site for any other purpose.
Your account, and your use of our website, may be terminated by us at any time
if you do not follow the terms of use.
Material (wood) and Products

Material (wood) colour and quality can vary slightly from batch to batch.​
We have tried our hardest to ensure an accurate representation of our Material (wood) and products, but please be aware, colours viewed on a screen will vary from device to device.
Customs
If your order is being delivered outside of the EU please be aware you may have to pay import duty or other taxes. This is NOT the responsibility of Creative Wood UK, please check these details before placing an order.
Delivery
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 7 days of your order being completed this is on completion of them being built not on completion of payment some orders may take longer to arrange shipping due to size and weight.
If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. In some circumstances the driver may attempt a second delivery the following working day. If you are not there for the second delivery attempt, or you do not contact the delivery agent, the goods will be returned to us and you will be notified.

To have the goods re-delivered will cost the same as the first delivery. We cannot be held responsible if you are not there for a delivery or do not rearrange a delivery date with our delivery agent. This also applies to international orders.
Returns

Faulty items may be returned (if the fault was made by us during construction).

You have seven days of delivery to notify us of a fault.

when purchasing we automatically deduct 50% of the total cost of the purchase this covers cost or part cost of materials the 50% taken from the total cost is none refundable if the customer canceled the order.

Changing designs once the design has been agreed by the customer
and work has started on the product any changes to the design would incur a cost to replace materials used or additions to the design.

We don't offer a returns policy on bespoke items as they are unique to the customer and we have in the past struggled to sell them when returned.

Please note if you have arranged your own shipping we will send you full images of the products prior to them being collected by your courier these will be sent to you as proof of them being in perfect condition.
If any damage has been found on your product you will need to seek compensation from your delivery agent Creative Wood UK will not accept responsibility to seek compensation on your behalf but will send you the images of your product on request for you to use as evidence.

You the customer, remain responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us.
We aim to deal with all faults complaints as quickly as possible.

As soon as the item/items have arrived back, we will check the package and issue the refund as quickly as possible refunds are subject to our refunds and returns policy and can be subject to a 50% refund.
Security & Privacy
We will not share any of your personal information. The only information we will take from you is your name, email address, billing and delivery address and phone number. If you create and account on our website we have the option to add card details to make purchasing faster we do not have access to the details only you the account holder has access to add or delete them within your account.

We give our delivery companies (DHL, UPS & Royal Mail) your details to complete your order. They are not allowed to use your information for any other reason other than this.
Liability
Creative Wood UK total liability for any claim will not exceed the price of any goods supplied to the customer by us. Creative Wood UK will not be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from delayed delivery or from breach of duty.
General
We do our best to make sure that all the information provided on this website is correct. However we cannot always guarantee this, and you, the customer, acknowledges that there may occasionally be inaccuracies. We, Creative Wood UK reserve the right to withdraw or correct any incorrectly priced items or incorrect information. We also reserve the right to edit our terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately.

Your use of our website is at your own risk. Creative Wood UK will not be held liable for any loss or damage which may occur to any computer equipment as a result of using this website.
